My Project
In 2021, our campus received an amazing new upgrade, in the form of a book vending machine named Inchy. Our students continue to be thrilled by Inchy, and they have had the opportunity to earn tokens to redeem for an Inchy book in several different ways, from behavior awards to reading prizes, to birthdays! We love witnessing the children’s enthusiasm when they receive their tokens; the only downside is that Inchy has a big appetite and constantly needs to be fed with new reading materials.
We'd love to be able to restock Inchy with a great new variety of books that would help keep our students happy and enthusiastic about reading!
We constantly receive suggestions from students about books they’d like to see in Inchy, and would also like to enhance the collection with some timely Lunar New Year titles as well. Books like these will help keep our students engaged and excited about reading, and also celebrate the culturally rich makeup of our student population!
