Rewards serve as a tangible expression of acknowledgment and recognition for students' hard work and accomplishments. By providing rewards, teachers send a powerful message that efforts and achievements are valued. This recognition catalyzes motivation, inspiring students to set and achieve higher goals.
Food rewards offer students an immediate and tangible form of gratification.
Whether it's a small treat for completing a challenging assignment or a communal meal for achieving a collective goal, the immediacy of food rewards serves as a powerful motivator. Students are more likely to engage actively in learning tasks when they anticipate a rewarding culinary experience.
