This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students will be motivated to learn, learning will be reinforced and out students will be able to set goals as they progress and earn incentives and rewards for trying their best!

Motivation: Incentives serve as a powerful motivator for children.

They provide a tangible or intangible reward for achieving specific goals, which can help maintain interest and enthusiasm in learning activities.

Positive Reinforcement: By rewarding children for their efforts and achievements, incentives act as positive reinforcement. This can boost their self-esteem and confidence, encouraging them to take on new challenges.

Goal-Oriented Behavior: Incentives help children understand the value of setting and working towards goals. This is an essential life skill that aids in personal and academic development.
