My Project
All of the items in this project will be used to boost my students successful learning behaviors and academic success. Students who demonstrate success earn prizes daily to help motivate them to do more and work harder both at academics and at demonstrating behaviors that allow them and their classmates to succeed at learning.
Each item has been requested by students either individually or as a group as well as been highly sought throughout my 16 years running this type of classroom.
Each of my students have made progress using this incentive model.
The more desirable an item is, the more likely a student will work hard to earn it. From airheads, to Small Toys, to gum having choices and items available to make every student can get expensive and this project will likely keep us stocked for most of next school year.
