Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As a Spanish teacher, I am constantly trying to create enriching and engaging lessons for my students. I teach Spanish to approximately 800 students at our Title I school, and I am thrilled to say that my students work extremely hard. I would like to provide my students with incentives to motivate and reward them for their hard work and dedication.

I have found that small incentives such as bookmarks, stickers, and fun stamps play a significant role in keeping my students motivated and engaged in their learning.

Whether it's a colorful sticker on their assignment or a fun stamp on their notebook, these small gestures go a long way in boosting their confidence and encouraging them to continue working hard. By providing them with these incentives, I can foster a sense of pride and enthusiasm for learning Spanish that will stay with them long after they leave our classroom.
