My Project
When our project is funded with incentives such as snacks, juices and plug wallflowers to help keep the environment smelling fresh my students will appreciate the dedication and thought put into them not only learning but knowing that there are people who care about their progress.
Students with disabilities have to navigate the world in a different way but I want them to know that they can be successful even in their everyday norm as they strive to achieve Mastery on their IEP goals and show appreciation to their teachers.
These incentives of snacks, juices, and charging station has proven to be an incentive that works and they are always requestioning snacks for that reason. This helps myself and other educators as well because the students sometimes have not eaten anything and a quick pick-me-up helps them to be productive during their day at school!
