Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are all wonderful human beings who have found it difficult to succeed in a traditional classroom. My students attend a therapeutic behavioral school where incentives are used throughout the day. The students love working towards snacks and fidget toys, especially because they can be used in the classroom.

The materials chosen will help me provide the students with things they like as soon as they accomplish one of their goals.

Due to my student's inability to regulate emotions or focus in the classroom, the incentives are used as praise when they do accomplish something significant to them.
