This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Special education students often face distinct challenges that can hinder their academic and social progress. That is why I want this project funded so they are able to have the materials and tools they need to be successful. The benefits of incentives are increased motivation, enhanced self-esteem, improved social skills, and teacher student relationships. With these tools special education professionals can work together to tailer incentive programs based on the specific needs and abilities of the students. Introducing incentives for special education students is a proactive step towards creating an inclusive and supportive educational environment. By celebrating their unique achievements I am not only motivating these students but also contributing to their well being and success.
