This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Positive behavior is the foundation of a successful classroom. When students feel recognized and celebrated for making good choices, they are more motivated to stay engaged, work hard, show kindness, and take responsibility for their learning. These rewards are not just “prizes”—they are powerful tools that reinforce important life skills such as responsibility, self-control, teamwork, and perseverance. By rewarding students for making good choices, staying engaged, following expectations, and showing growth, students are motivated to repeat positive behaviors.

By supporting this project, you are helping students see that their efforts matter.

These rewards may seem small, but they make a big impact on our students. The excitement of earning a reward motivates them to continue making positive choices.
