This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A generous donation of incentives for students can play a pivotal role in fostering motivation and academic success. By providing tangible rewards such as small candies, fidget toys, and unique bookmarks, donors can help me create an environment where students feel recognized and valued for their efforts and dedication.

My students work incredibly hard toward reading and mathematics goals.

We are a Title 1 school, and I am in awe of how excited and high-spirited my students are to achieve academic success, despite their socioeconomic status. These incentives such as the bookmarks and bulk candy bars are great ways to set high academic goals for students. These items not only serve as a source of encouragement, but they also promote a culture of achievement and positive reinforcement. These donations help bridge the gap for students to feel success as each goal is individualized to the student and their learning abilities.

These contributions can inspire students to set and reach their academic goals, ultimately leading to enhanced self-confidence and a stronger commitment to their education.
