My Students
My students love to work on projects and show their creativity and knowledge. They are students that need all the resources to help them be successful on their science statewide test.
About 90% of our students are on free reduce lunch.
Science is a subject that takes time for researching and experimenting by doing meaningful activities that help our students achieve on any test or assessment that measures concepts and skills. Last year the assessment showed an improvement using a variety of good strategies that had more impact on the learners.
My Project
My project is all about science and hands on investigation and experiments. Our 4th and 5th will be doing statewide science assessments and what a better way to learn concepts by working hands on and having the experience to go through the scientific method.
The students will be able to learn science concepts and work in experiments.
The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of and competency in Science skills.
The use of science games, books and science hands on activities will benefit our learners have mastery on their state science test.
Our science lessons will begin with a vocabulary flip book, then reviewing the scientific method and hands on science games or experiments.
