My Project

Things have been looking a little drab in our room. We have a beyond repair, stained rug. The kids need a clean, soft space for gathering to read, play, or do group assignments.

You may be wondering why there's a teacher chair in the shopping cart.

Well, sometimes my kiddos love it when we do a flipped lesson. Students get to take over the "teacher chair" and I get to be a student. This model helps students demonstrate that they know the material so well that they can teach it. It allows me to assess their learning and depth of knowledge of a topic or standard.
