This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

As an educator teaching a dual credit math class, acquiring essential resources like a class set of calculators and whiteboards, is crucial for enhancing the learning experience and fostering academic success among students.

First, a class set of calculators is indispensable in a math class, especially at the college level.

These devices will help my students perform complex calculations efficiently, promoting a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.

Additionally, whiteboards are invaluable tools for interactive and collaborative learning. They provide a platform for students to work through problems together, and engage in discussions. Whiteboards encourage active participation and can make abstract mathematical ideas more tangible and accessible to students.
