My Students

Our school is a Title I school from Harlem, NY. Despite the many economic and personal challenges the children face, they come to school with the spirit and determination to learn. The majority of our students come from low-income households and shelters near the area.

They are curious and inquisitive individuals who thrive when challenged with appropriate curriculum and learning materials.

All children should have access to curriculum-enhancing materials no matter their backgrounds. Your donation will truly make the difference in their lives. Thank you so very much for your consideration!

My students are very motivated to learn and I am very proud to be their teacher. I hope to inspire them to become successful someday by instilling in them the value of hard work, patience, and perseverance.

My Project

The classroom supplies I am requesting are essential in our everyday routine. These materials with greatly benefit my students academic performance by having what they need in class. Students always need pencils and erasers for daily class work in all subjects. The laminating sheets will be used to laminate vocabulary words in all subjects and high-frequency words in English Language Arts. The reusable dry-erase sheets and dry-erase markers will allow my students to reuse graphic organizer over and over again and not needing to make copies often times.

Your donation will greatly help my students achieve their great potential by having the classroom supplies that they need.

We are in need of these classroom essentials! The packing tape will be used to tape students' names on their seats, desks, book baggies and cubbies. And did you know that a sturdy pencil sharpener is a must have in every classroom?
