House System - Year 2 is here! Our students, families, staff, and community have taken to the Bellevue House system. Beginning our second year, I want each of my students to have a color t-shirt that shows their House spirit. Lago is blue. Jinshu is yellow. Afi is red. Kuchonga is green. Each student will have a shirt with their house name on the front and they will customize the back. The aprons will be stamped with House names and used for storage and keeping of PBIS rewards and incentives to be given out by staff members daily to students.
Every Thing is Better in Color!
Attending a STEM/STEAM school that incorporates performing arts, visual arts, coding, computer science (CS), financial literacy, and social-emotional learning (SEL) gives our students the chance to explore who they are. Our urban school receives federal funding for programs that provide free breakfast/lunch for every student, and Title I services to economically-disadvantaged boys and girls. Our inclusive class serves military families, gifted/talented students, ESL/ELL students, special education students, and tech-savvy students.
