Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our classroom, we complete a lot of projects that include the students' pictures and activities in color. Kindergarteners enjoy seeing their picture in color on the monthly door decorations and many other places round the room. These can be expensive and not having a color printer in the classroom, make these pictures black and white sometimes, which are not so visually appealing. In color, is better! Also, sometimes you just want to print an activity in color or a letter for the parents with a colorful nice border, but without a printer that is not possible.

Having a color printer in our classroom will make a world of difference!

The students will be able to see their beautiful smiling faces in color in the Rainbow Words Chart, the Flowers in the Spring door, In the positive behavior wall, etc. In addition, learning in color is engaging. With a color printer, it will enable us to print colorful pictures, visual aids for second language learners, and activities in color for my students.
