My Students

SPES is an amazing school full of teachers who LOVE HARD and work hard. We are a high title one population group with an amazing group of kids who succeed beyond the odds they face. We have a high population of trauma children who are over-comers!

Currently at SPES, we are working to build vocabulary and speaking abilities in our students.

Our students struggle with vocabulary and critical thinking skills. We are hoping to build those skills through the use of high quality text within the classroom.

My Project

These books will support our adoption of a new curriculum in 3rd grade! We are hoping to build high level vocabulary skills along with improving students communication and imagination! The best way to grow vocabulary is to EXPOSE students to vocabulary in a high quality text!

Our students have to overcome so many obstacles beyond the classroom, lets make the classroom a language rich environment they can thrive in!

Please join with us to provide the best possible resources for our kids! These books sets, along with the qualified teachers at SP will broaden horizons and stretch students beyond expectations! Thank you for being a partner in our future!
