My Project
Our classroom needs comfortable furniture and mindfulness coloring books to improve our mindfulness corner. Your donation will help us replace the chair and desk with a comfy bean bag chair on an area rug and provide social-emotional learning supplies to teach self-management strategies.
Creating a cozy and inviting mindfulness corner can help my middle school students with mild disabilities regulate their emotions and develop self-control strategies in a safe space.
Mindfulness coloring books are a social-emotional learning strategy that allows students to alleviate stress, anxiety, and frustration through mindfulness coloring activities.
