Improving Learning

My Project

One of the big math targets in 3rd grade is learning multiplication and becoming fluent with these math facts. My students loved playing games to practice fluency with games, but playing the same game over can quickly become tedious. These new games will add to our collection and engage learners in practicing this skill that is vital for future success.

Our district is adopting a new reading curriculum that has students diving into a variety of books and texts.

The lined sticky notes will help students be able to learn comprehension skills without damaging books for future students. The lines on the sticky notes really help students write legibly, and sticky notes can be removed from the book when we are finished.

We have wonderful windows in our classroom, which lets in a lot of natural light. With the requested curtains, we will be able to enjoy the natural light our large windows provide without adding glare or creating difficulty to seeing instruction and examples.
