Improve Book Checkout

Help me give my students the ultimate experience when checking out books in the LRC. In the primary grades, it is so beneficial for our students to be able to see the covers of books.

My Project

My students love coming to the LRC to independently check out library books. However, they often skip over some of the books which are not front-facing. Our LRC has many great books ready to be checked out! Public libraries have also incorporated front-facing shelves to improve the library experience.

The donations to this project will help my students independently choose high interest books ultimately leading to increased love of reading.

These baskets will be organized by subject to assist students in being paired up with books they love. Thank you!
