My Project

This project contains a variety of items that we are needing in my kindergarten classroom. Each items serves a different purpose for us, and each item would make a big difference to our daily routines and learning.

The Hand2mind Elkonin Boxes Dry Erase Boards would be used by students daily in small group instruction.

They are valuable manipulative that would help students as they learn phonemic awareness, phonics, and more. The set would allow each student to use their own individual board during small group instruction.

The magnetic book shelves will help store and display featured books in our classroom library to put a spotlight on certain book series, topics, etc as I rotate special books in and out of our classroom library. The hanging book bags will help store and organize the books for our listening center that don’t currently have a place due to lack of storage bags for our shelves. Finally, the dry erase packets are for students to use when they are doing rotations each morning and finish their work early, and they will do extra enrichment pages or remedial practice in the dry erase sleeves.
