Imagine, Design & Build While Fine Tuning Fine Motor Skills!

Help me give my students wonderful fine motor and pre-writing activities to strengthen their hands and ability to hold utensils. The kinetic sand, imagination design builders & snap dinosaurs will engage the children & spark their imagination!

My Students

Our school is in an urban setting and my 22 talented and unique Pre-K students come from varied backgrounds and varied learning styles. They are very curious and excited to learn. Due to financial constraints, the school budget does not allow for the resources that I am requesting with this project.

Early childhood education should be a wondrous and exciting time of varied and rich learning experiences.

All of my students are very special. Each child brings a unique strength to our classroom and helps their peers learn interactively. We need these resources to assist in their explorations. I am so proud to be a part of their introduction to public school.

My Project

The 22 pre-k students in my class are very imaginative and excited learners! They are so eager to learn, explore and discover in all many different ways.

Some of my young learners struggle with fine motor skills and can get discouraged with sharing their thoughts by writing or drawing.

These rich resources would enable them to build strength in their hands while using their creative side to build and design with many different sensory experiences. The kinetic sand is a sensory experience as well as a creative medium to build all sorts of structures and objects. Find the Letter Activity game will help these early learners explore letters of the alphabet while also building fine motor ability to write the letters. All of these materials would be used by my students daily!
