This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am an elementary school art teacher. I have the pleasure of teaching art to students from Pre K, all the way up to fifth grade. We are a project based learning school. At the end of every unit, the students are required to create a project based on the unit.
Students like to express their ideas using a variety of art materials.
My students like to get extremely involved in their projects and take pride in what they have created!
My Project
Our school is a project based learning school. We are constantly creating projects that align with our units that require certain materials. The special art paper will be used in a variety of different ways. Students can use the paper to draw with markers, crayons, or even use paint.
With your donations, all of my students will be able to design and create projects that are part of our curriculum.
Art is in our school is a very important part of who are students are. It helps them to visualize, create, design and learn about different techniques that artist use.
