My Project
COVID-19 has definitely affected all of our children. Our Kindergarten friends have had limited socialization and opportunities to practice social skills with one another. I would like to provide them with the experience of using their imagination to play pretend with a new dollhouse, dolls and furniture. As they play with the dollhouse they can roll play and practice communicating with one another. They can imagine themselves as different roles in a home and family and pretend to do different responsibilities around the house.
They will also practice social skills such as making friends, sharing and taking turns.
