Help me give my students a new pretend play bake shop, bakery items, cash register and aprons to give my students an enriching activity to help build their social emotional learning.

My Project

Kindergarten is a magical place filled with fun and exciting ways for children to learn through play. I want to give my students a new Bakery Shop filled with all the sweet treats so they can learn to build their expressive and receptive language, increase social skills and learn how to manage their emotions.

Imaginative play is so important in kindergarten.

It supports social and emotional development in young children. My students will enjoy playing with the bakery shop filled with a cash register, aprons, sweet food items and tea set. They will not even realize that they are practicing how to balance their own ideas with others, considering others' perspectives and developing problem-solving skills. What a great way to learn!

Thank you for giving my students a fun activity where they can engage in pretend, cooperative play and actively experiment with the social and emotional roles of life.
