This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Imaginative pretend and play is one of the most important things in early childhood. My class consists of 4 to 5-year-old students. One of the most popular centers that students enjoy playing and learning is in a play kitchen. The kitchen that I currently have in my classroom is very old and I would like to get a new kitchen and refrigerator so that my students can enjoy and continue using their imagination as they play different roles in the kitchen! If my project gets funded, it will make a big difference in my classroom. Thank you!
