My Students

My students are creative, thoughtful, and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration!

Many students in my classroom come in saying they have difficulty completing practice assignments at home because of a lack of supplies and resources.

Our school is a Title I school, which of course means we need as many supplies as possible.

Each child in my classroom absolutely loves learning, although the methods and environments in which they learn best vary greatly. We incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, and alternative seating and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met, right where they are! My classroom is full of struggling students who are eager to learn through technology.

My Project

Reading takes students through another level of the atmosphere of wonder and excitement. Picture and word books help elevate those experiences. My students love to read all kinds of throughout the day.

Dr. Seuss's books take them to a world of learning they have never experienced before but only imagined.

The decorations will help them to look at the walls and be inspired by quotes relatable to them. The notepads, bookmarks, erasers, and pencils will be used for them to keep notes of their thoughts and their classmates while in groups.

Also, the masks will help keep us safe in the classroom.
