This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are bursting with creativity and big ideas—they just need the tools to bring them to life. I'd like to help make this a reality by staying after school with students so they have the opportunity to design and make their own projects using a Cricut cutting machine, as well as the essential supplies to get started (vinyl, tools, mats, and materials.)

Our school is a Title I and Title III school, serving a diverse, low-income community where access to creative resources is often limited.

This club will give students the opportunity to explore design, collaborative work, entrepreneurship, and hands-on creativity in a supportive space. Whether they want to personalize school supplies, design stickers, make shirts, or create gifts for their loved ones, Cricut materials will empower them to dream big and make it real.
