My Students
My third graders are a small group of energetic learners. They love having the opportunity to be at school learning in person. This age group is my favorite because of how their eyes light up when they learn a new concept or begin to understand something they have been struggling on. Thank you for helping out my classroom. I am eternally grateful to each and every one of you.
My Project
My students have spent a lot of time on the computer recently due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the online learning it has forced us into.
I want to give my students the opportunity to unplug from technology and use their hands and minds.
I want them to be able to work with, talk to and problem solve with their peers to build creativity, imagination and social skills that have been suffering from so much screen time.
My current group of third graders have not had a normal year of school since kindergarten. Please help me give them the opportunity to interact with each other and their learning in a way that doesn't involve the computer.
