This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My awesome students attend school every day. Since my students are at school all day, most consider school to be a special home away from home. My wonderful students need the bare essentials to help them become successful achievers.

Most of my students are from low-income families and are eager to learn.

My school takes the time to challenge children of all abilities to achieve excellence in a wide range of academic, cultural and extracurricular activities. The vision is to equip children for the demands and opportunities of the twenty-first century, by offering a differentiated, effective, and rigorous curriculum as an entitlement to all. A professional and highly motivated staff, in partnership with parents, encourages each child to achieve his/her full potential. In a disciplined and caring environment, based on mutual respect, each child is valued as an individual.

My Project

Most of my student come from low income families. My students come to school every day. Some of my students are growing so fast that they are out growing their clothes.

My students need a shirt and pants to wear to school They have grown so quickly that the clothes they wore at the beginning of the school year do not fit.

My students are going to be so happy when they receive their new shirt and pants. I want my students to be comfortable in school and not worry about what they have on. Thank you for your support
