In our South Georgia middle school, we are blessed to educate our society's future inventors, scientists, nurses, humanitarians, doctors, and leaders of the world. Our future leaders come from diverse backgrounds, but when they come together, they form a family that creates a cooperative learning community that is committed to excellence and success in all they do.
Even though their differences, our future leaders share a deep commitment to leading, challenging, and motivating each other to succeed in all of their goals.
This project will afford our 6th-8th grade student-athletes the opportunity to learn and grow in a safe and inviting environment that caters to their athletic, academic, and behavioral needs.
New this year, we have bolstered our PBIS program to highlight the accomplishments of our middle level learners across our schoolhouse each day.
When our students see themselves portrayed in a positive light, they are more likely to exude repeat behaviors and lead their peers to success in all they do.
We are in need of two new televisions with accompanying mounting systems to portray our students in the best light across our schoolhouse. Students who have received praise and gratitude from their teachers for their academic and behavioral growth are highlighted on the various televisions around our schoolhouse, but our existing televisions are out of date and do not have the best picture quality to showcase our students in the best light.
With your help, we will be able to give our students a constant reminder that their hard work does not go unnoticed.
