Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students in our special program face unique challenges in communication and literacy. Traditional teaching methods often do not fully meet their needs. Research has demonstrated that assistive technology, such as an iPad, can enhance learning by providing interactive, multi-sensory engagement. Getting this project funded would directly address this need by providing an iPad to support individualized learning plans and promote student success. I would utilize the iPad for educational apps, reading support, and interactive lessons tailored to individual learning needs. The iPad will also help when it comes to tracking students' progress.
Please help my students gain access to audio books through this iPad.
