My Students

Hi! I teach 6th grade social studies! My students are motivated and eager to learn. They love technology because it keeps them engaged and it's fun!

It is my job of teaching in the 21st century to keep up with the times and to find ways to connect with my students in a way that they can most relate - TECHNOLOGY!

Thank you for taking the time to consider my request to integrate more technology into my social studies class.

My Project

My students have fallen in love with technology in the classroom - and so have I! I spend countless hours scouring the internet to find new and engaging ways to deliver my curriculum to students. I have found numerous apps that the kids beg to play but they will only work on an ipad or tablet, not a desktop or laptop. This is where my request comes in...

Goose Chase Edu, Nearpod, Class Flow, and Git Kit are just a few of the apps that I am ready to use with my kids but are limited due to our devices.
