Help me give my students tools to ignite learning in STEM and cross bridges into other subjects. These tools open the doors to allow my students to create and transform their learning that lead to mastery and longevity.

My Project

Who wouldn't love the opportunity to take learning to a new level. This STEM project is designed to provide my students with the tools to transform learning in all content areas and think outside of the box. These tools will provide me with the tools to provide opportunities for critical thinking about problems, an outlet to create solutions beyond the traditional school avenues such as paper, poster board, and slideshows. This project has a multi year reach, so imagine the possibilities as students enter my classroom each new school year.

What if you were exposed to learning like this when you were in school?

How might it have changed how you learned and more importantly, what you remember. Learning should be an experience that you engage in actively. It should be something that inspires you to keep learning creating, and sharing.

Please support my project and help me bring some tools that can transform how students approach problem solving.

Students can use the #D printer and the filament to create designs that supplement their learning in all content areas. For example, designing a new toy prototype and creating an advertisement and business plan. They can use the Makedo Invent to address a problem they are given in science that requires them to build a new habitat for a species that is endangered. These are just two examples of many that the students could engage in if this project is funded.
