Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom is in an urban environment, filled with kids from all walks of life.
I have a few students with troubled homes, which makes me work harder to create an environment where every child feels safe and able to learn the skills necessary to be ready for middle school and beyond.
Have you tried to manipulate text on a Chromebook without a mouse? It can be very difficult to coordinate the movement of two hands at the same time for children.
Being able to use the mouse to right click to format text and shapes when using programs on their Chromebooks will help my students have much more success when learning the digital skills they will need for the future. This is why I am requesting a mouse for each student in my room.
