My Project

In Art class, it is fun to build with cardboard! Students learn about architecture and have fun creating an architectural style of their choice. Students begin by learning about the history of architecture and advancements in technology that have been developed over the years.

Students create Gothic, Modern, or Classical designs by cutting, gluing, and painting on cardboard.

It is the perfect building material! My students would benefit from alternative cutting tools when working with cardboard.

With your help, student Artists will learn how to use new equipment (Chompsaw Maker bundle, cardboard cutter) safely and problem-solve to create their architectural design!
