My Students

My ESL students are wonderful! They come from countries all over the world, and are learning English as a second language. Their various cultural backgrounds, income levels, and lack of English support at home make learning English quite challenging, especially in a virtual learning environment. My students' goals include learning to listen, speak, read, and write English by interacting with various forms of technology as they move toward academic success. Despite all these challenges, my awesome students come prepared to learn and never give up.

My Project

The use of digital resources is the only way that I can teach my students. Therefore, the purchase of these digital resources will allow my EL students to interact with their lessons and show what they've learned. The use of online digital resources will help provide the necessary opportunities for students to be exposed to a variety of activities that they enjoy. Students can learn new skills, practice independently, and have fun at the same time. These fun, interactive activities will help improve student motivation and increase active participation from home. Teachers Pay Teachers provides various interactive and engaging digital resources that not only support the language needs of my ELs, but offers multiple levels of difficulty. My EL students are looking forward to new learning opportunities.
