This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Students at my school are inquisitive and curious. They are hungry to learn. Many are behind their grade level standards in reading and math due to the pandemic. I envision my students using this R QIDI TECHNOLOGY i Mates 3D Printer for everything from our challenges throughout the year to creating models of their designs. Students will utilize the 3D printer in making manipulative items to help them better understand difficult topics.

3D printers are a key tool for iterating and seeing your ideas come to life, something that many students never have access to in their lives.
