In my role as a Transition Teacher, I am deeply committed to preparing our students for life beyond the classroom. With this goal in mind, I am planning to introduce a comprehensive program focused on livelihood skills development. One integral component of this program involves the establishment of an on-campus store, serving both as a practical learning environment and a source of community engagement.
Central to the success of our envisioned store is the incorporation of an ice cream maker.
This equipment not only provides hands-on training opportunities but also offers a tangible way for our students to contribute to the school community. Through learning the art of ice cream making, our students will gain valuable vocational skills, fostering independence and self-confidence while preparing them for future employment opportunities.
However, to bring this vision to fruition, we are in need of financial support. The funds requested will be allocated towards the purchase of the necessary equipment, supplies, and training materials, ensuring the success and sustainability of our program.
