it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are in 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade, and all have a learning disability. My students are diverse in many ways, including ethnically and economically. My students are all unique in their own ways, and they make my job fun and enjoyable.

This statement from Dr. Lovaas expresses my teaching philosophy. I aim to make my classroom a fun and positive learning environment for my students. I recognize that they all learn in different ways, and it is my job as an educator to help teach them in those different ways. I aim to help meet their educational and behavioral needs.
My Project
My classroom needs an iPad. This is the third classroom project to get an iPad for my classroom. Getting this iPad in my classroom will allow it to be used during centers, especially with independent task completion activities. My students have challenges with foundational skills when it comes to English and Language Arts, such as phonics skills; it would be great to help them access some of our school district's reading programs through this iPad. In addition, it will also be used for math centers with fun math learning programs. The addition of technology would give my students a much needed boost of practice in the areas of listening and speaking.
