Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students are the best! I love them all from the bottom of my heart. They are what keep me going day in and day out! The majority of my students come from poverty stricken homes. They may show up hungry, tired, or traumatized from events that transpired the night before. I make it my mission and purpose to ensure their six hours spent within my classroom all of their needs are met. If they are hungry, I feed them, if they are tired, I provide a cozy place for them to rest, if they are traumatized, I provide a loving hug and a listening ear.

My Project

This device will be personally used by myself. I have a laptop and my students work from IPADS on district assigned days. When students or parents are having trouble logging on to class or getting to particular apps, it is very difficult to guide them along form my laptop.

Providing accurate information and guidance for my parents and students is imperative their learning and my teaching.

Having the same device that students use would be ideal.

Being on the same page with everyone ensures that everything works seamlessly for all.
