Help me give my students headphones and flexible seating while at home for remote learning.

I’ve been an educator for 15+ years and never would I have imagined that we’d be living through a pandemic that would prevent me from seeing my students daily. I am a literacy teacher for a group of 40 energetic, curious, and highly motivated sixth graders. I teach in a school within an urban district that celebrates inclusion. We have diverse students that need various types of supports. I have 40 students of which 4 are ELL and 8 are Special Needs.
Despite the pandemic, my students have remained engaged.
They enjoy working collaboratively on projects, book clubs, being creative in their writing, and presenting ideas to their peers. I can proudly say that everyone is embraced and feel welcomed. SEL is a priority in my school. We strive to be model citizens for our school and community. Last year my students conducted a “coat & glove drive” to help homeless shelters.
My students have been remote learners since the start of the school year. Most have siblings nearby, which causes difficulties with hearing and focusing on individual instruction. While they are doing their best to remain engaged, they often get frustrated by all the distractions of home. Providing them with headphones would allow them to go anywhere in their homes for classes without struggling to keep to hear and participate in collaborative projects with their peers.
In order to keep my students engaged and motivated, I'd like to provide them with their own headphones for learning.
