This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are an interesting bunch. Many are excited about taking an Art class for the first time and this will probably be the last they will take receive. My students are mostly seniors in high school. Many act like they are so grown up but once you give them a chance to get their hands dirty with a hands-on activity, they become little kids again.

The students will use the shelving to protect and organize their 3D projects.

They are also going to use acrylic paint to paint and decorate their sculptures.
