This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help encourage my kindergarten students to continue to stay focused while sitting on comfortable balance ball seats and completing their assignments at the table. It can be a little difficult to sit on a chair that is hard and a bit uncomfortable at times. Sometimes it's difficult for adults to sit in an uncomfortable seat most of the day.

Flexible seating will allow students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them.

My students are noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive of their peers when they are given a choice of where to work. Your donation will help keep my students engaged and comfortable while completing their assignments at the table.
