My Students

My students are creative, thoughtful and full of energy! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. They are like little sponges absorbing everything. Some of my students have little or no self esteem which is very important in life to succeed. I want all these students to leave my class believing in themselves. I want them to know "I KNOW I CAN!" not "I THINK I CAN!".

My Project

My students will be eager to learn. They will enjoy using the alphabet letters and math games in their centers. They will learn to be independent learners.

Picture how much fun it will be to fish for letters, screw bolts to numbers, and unlock matching letters.

At the end of the day some students will be taking home packets to share with their parents. Imagine how excited their little faces will be to show what they have learned in counting, recognizing letters and words with their parents. I want my students' parents to understand that we are partners in their child's education. Together we WILL succeed.
