This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are learning how to use technology to relax, to learn, and to make productive choices. We are working together to learn how to care for supplies better and they are currently using older headphones from previous students.

This project buys a class set of headphones for students as they embark on podcasts, audiobooks, powerful speeches, and more.

Our class headphones are donated from all around the community but are a few years old. The wires are fraying, the headphone covers are gone and the kids struggle to see their value when they are frustrated trying to just hear the lesson. I want to make sound more accessible.
