My Students

My 5th Graders are very visual students that are eager to learn and motivated to be successful. They are from very diverse backgrounds. They live in a small, low-income neighborhood that surrounds the school. Many of them are English Language Learners and do not speak English primarily at home.

They always try their best no matter what!

They love technology and are eager to read, research, and participate in activities that use it, but they can't always afford the accessories.

My Project

The use of technology is supported and encouraged by our district. By providing headphones for my 24 tech-savvy fifth graders, we will be supporting their use of technology across all subject areas. Many of our students' families are unable to afford to buy all the requested materials.

Students will be able to store their personal headphones at their desks and will be able to access them throughout the day as needed thanks to the support from you!

This will allow for students to listen to engaging learning activities and research without disturbing other students' in their own learning. Thank you in advance for your support to these students in need!
