My Project
"If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader!" I want my students to learn about other people who have made a difference so they can be inspired to be anyone they wish to be! I want them to say, "Wow! So cool. I can't believe a girl invented that!" To do this, I need more non-fiction biographies in my classroom to do research papers on in 5th Grade.
Reading about the lives of other leaders, inventors, and innovators will illuminate their eyes to endless possibilities and inspire ways to overcome future challenges!
I am excited to make space for a new biographical library in my classroom dedicated to learning about other inspiring and historical people in our world's history. Minorities, Women, and people of all shades will be my biggest priority as my collection grows. I know I will use these books for years to come! Thank you so much for helping to make learning fun, engaging, and meaningful!
