My Students

We are a Title I school where 100% of my students receive a free breakfast, lunch, and snack. Many of my students are the recipients of food bags on the weekends as well as other resources to meet their needs. Even though they are 5 and 6, many of my kiddos are faced with challenges beyond what I can ever imagine.

My students come to school ready to work, learn, and grow their brains despite anything else that may be going on in their lives.

My Project

I am asking for an iPad for my classroom. This iPad will be used by my students -as well as myself. The majority of instructions and directions are given through the Doc Cam (projector system). This ensures that all students can see and understand what is going on.

A class iPad will allow my students to record projects on SeeSaw, view content from the iPad on the large screen, and complete projects with the tablet.

My students are used to living in a technologically driven world and I am just trying to keep up with them! The gift of this iPad will help us stay connected to the world, communicate with one another, and utilize a wonderful tool in our learning environment.
