Help me give my students a variety of books to help increase fluency.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The boys and girls are a great bunch of little scholars. Most are economically disadvantaged and lack many of the basics at home and at school. Many children have returned to learning in school. They are all trying to figure out how to deal with it all.
Some children are returning with limited reading skills.
The children are eager to learn and you guessed it, get back to reading routines. A computer is fine but sitting in front of it all day long to try and learn is not really too child friendly. They may be facing all sorts of challenges due to learning on-line but nothing can replace small group reading with a real book in their hands.
My Project
As the boys and girls slowly begin to return to in person instruction, many will need a little extra support to master reading fluency.
The children will be practicing their high frequency words and will need just the right books to help them read these words with ease.
The Toad and Frog books will certainly help the children practice the high frequency words.
Mouse Tales and all the other books are filled with a good amount of sight words. The more the children read books that are filled with theses words the better, fluent readers they will become.
Your kind help will provide a variety of books for the children to read and learn so take a chance on a great bunch of children.
